Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
In phase I, an analysis of the the need and requirements for an intervention to strengthen health resources among teachers is carried out. This is an exploratory survey. The primary questions are: - What is the state of health of Bavarian teachers, including their health-related resources? - What need for an intervention to promote health does the target group have? - What are the relevant requirements of the target group regarding an intervention?

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary questions: (How) does the self-assessed state of health change over the course of the 4 data collection points? How do central physical, psychological and psychosomatic complaints (e.g. pain, sleep disorders, exhaustion, etc.) change over the course of the 4 survey periods? How does the use of coping strategies change over the course of the 4 survey time points? How does coping with work stress change over the course of the 4 survey time points? How does the self-assessment of work ability change over the course of the 4 survey points? Which central aspects are to be considered on the basis of the results from phase I and II, in order to transfer the concept successfully to further health resorts and spas in Bavaria?
