Group 1: The aim of this study is to investigate retrospectively the influence of anesthesiological procedure to the preoperative settings, intraoperative management and postoperative results.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Registration-Code (ICD): Q40.0 - Age between 2 and 12 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - faulty registration of the Patient - no Operation - laparoskopic Procedere - different intraoperativ situs (e.g. malrotation, pyloric web)
