Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatient at Johanniter-Hospital Bonn 2. Age = 70 years 3. Diagnosis of any malignancy 4. Systemic drug treatment consisting of at least one chemotherapeutic drug 5. Written informed consent 6. Sufficient knowledge of German

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment preventing the understanding of the purpose or procedures of the study 2. Previous systemic cancer treatment
