Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: planned ambulant sleep medical examination within the scope of a sleep medical clarification

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no consent with regard to the study; physical or mental impairment that makes it impossible to put on the devices independently

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The intention is to determine the distribution of the sleep positions with both systems. In addition, the cardiorepsiratory parameters are recorded during the entire sleep and position-related. The statistical hypothesis is tested that patients sleep more often in a supine position when measured by polygraphy than when measured by WatchPAT.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The comparison of patient comfort during measurements with the polygraph compared to the WatchPAT, the comparison of the failure of individual working channels and the need to repeat measurements with the polygraph compared to the WatchPAT.
