Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age of 18 or older - voluntary consent for study participation - unrestricted sporting ability (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - severe cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic and psychiatric diseases - recommendation of a physician not to engage in physical activity or medical advice not to be physically active to full degree - simultaneous participation in other studies
