Group 1: Patients with systemic sclerosis and scleroderma hand, who receive therapy with CO2 hand baths (15 min, 33°C, 9 baths in 10 days with prescription: 1l water (33°C), 3.75g CO2 carrier, 5g CO2

Inclusion criteria: patients with systemic sclerosis and skleroderma hand
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: contraindications to CO2 or parraffin Hand baths like ulceration or infected ulcera
