Inclusion criteria: - (voluntary) employees of the Department of Palliative Medicine at the University Hospital Cologne - age = 18 - ability to give written, informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - lack of consent - lack of sufficient German language skills

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this study is the prospective evaluation of a first university inpatient hospice in collaboration with the Department for Palliative Medicine at the University Hospital of Cologne. To do this, employees of the Department for Palliative Medicine at the University Hospital of Cologne will be asked about their personal opinions re the need and to develop a suitable concept by means of a questionnaire and in-debth interviews in April and May of 2020.
