Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Diagnosis of Cholangitis I° and II° (Tokyo Guidelines 2018) and after ERCP with stent insertion and sufficient biliary drainage 2. Antibiotic treatment according to Tokyo Guidelines 2018

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18J. 2. Already participated at this study 3. Insufficient biliary drainage 4. Septic patient (IMC-pflichtig, Cholangitis III°) 5. Concomittant acute biliary pancreatitis 6. Concomittant decompensated comorbidity 7. Concomittant infection of other etiology 8. Dialysis 9. Chemotherapy 10. Severe psychiatric disease 11. Gram positive bacteria in blood culture 12. Post liver transplant with purulent cholangitis in ERCP
