Group 1: Patients with suspected endometriosis and and anamnestic occured endometriosis and therefore planned surgical therapy receive before the operation the following questionnaires: EPQ-S, SF-MPQ-

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: suspicion of endometriosis, planned surgical therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pain killer/alcohol/psychiatric drugs abuse, psychotic/manic episode in amanesis, acute depression, insufficient language skills in English, German or Russian

Follow-Up regarding therapy response after surgical therapy (BDI, STAI, Schmerzen und Patientinnenzufriedenheit) after 12 months.	—
