Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children and adolescents aged from >1 day of life to < 18 years who present themselves to the paediatric clinic on an outpatient basis or are admitted as inpatients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of informed consent.
