Group 1: 1. Before starting the implementation of the IMPROVE-MH programme - semi-structured face-to-face interviews n=20 -30 2. During the implementation of the IMPROVE-MH programme - semi-structure

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. GPs participating in the main IMPROVE-MH trial 2. preferably Arabic language skills 3. at least 1 year of professional experience 4. willingness to participate in a 1-day training seminar within the IMPROVE-MH study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. GP-s who do not meet all the above inclusion criteria. 2. GP-s who have not agreed to participate in the main study 3. With inadequate German language skills
