Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suspected chronic or florid infection of a knee or hip joint prosthesis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pacemakers or other contraindications for an MRI examination.

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this monocentric prospective exploratory pilot study is to test the clinical applicability and to assess the sensitivity and specificity of a periprosthetic infection by the simultaneous acquisition of an 18F-FDG PET/MRI in 40 patients.
