Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Person has to be healthy, has to have legal capacity, has to be able to understand the kind, extent, significance, and the consequences of the intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Persons are excluded if they made use of perception-altering substances. Furthermore persons were excluded if they had acute injuries or severe diseases like: cardiovascular, pulmonary or renal dysfunctions, neurological or psychological diseases, advanced degenerative musculoskeletal diseases as well as a non healed up sports injuries.
