Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute dyspnea or acute respiratory failure, prehospital treatment received from emergency physician stationed in Marburg-Biedenkopf County, transport by EMS to University Hospital Marburg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trauma as reason for dyspnea
