Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthcare workers older than 18 years, and working most of the time in a single ward only.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children (i.e. younger than 18 years); unability to give informed consent to participation; non-responsive patients; and not having sufficient skills in the German language
