Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18years and necessity of endotracheal intubation. In accordance with the requirements of the ethical approval, informed consent was obtained after recovery of the patient. In case of death data was included anonymised after consent was obtained from relatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <18years
