Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with systemic sclerosis who meet the ACR/EULAR classification criteria of 2013 and have Raynaud's syndrome of the hands, are able to speak German, are able to give consent and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute infections of the hands / fingers. Heat intolerance
