Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all residents at the Dept. for General Pediatrics, Neonatology and Pediatric Cardiology that are in their first three years of training or starting residency during the period of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: residents that do not consent to partake
