Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Participation at the German National Cohort (GNC) - Consent to L3 module of the GNC - The person is german speaking - The person is willing to use a smartphone, tablet or computer with internet access and provides his or her e-mail address for contacting purposes

MeasureTime frame
- Identification of risk factors/predictors for frequent, transient infectious diseases - Determination of the relationship between infectious diseases and possible incidental secondary diseases such as cardiovascular, metabolic or neurodegenerative diseases

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Identification of associations between preventive factors / risk factors / predictors such as sport or nutrition and characteristics of the immune system - Evaluation of usability, user acceptance and compliance with the app, including self-sampling, and determination of associations between predictors of technology readiness (based on the Technology Readiness Model of Parasuraman and Colby 2014) and user behavior
