Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Rehabilitants are included in the study if they are older than 18 years, not longer started their rehabilitation 5 days ago, the rehabilitation was supported by the German Pension insurance (DRV Bund, DRV Oldenburg-Bremen, DRV Braunschweig-Hanover) and rehabilitants can understand the questionnaires in the German language. Employees are included if they are of the clinic and have routine contact with rehabilitants, belong to healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, social workers or physiotherapists and take the profession-specific anamnesis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients are excluded if they do not have sufficient knowledge of the German language (i.e. cannot read and fill out the consent form and questionnaire). Employees will be excluded if they do not have sufficient knowledge of the German language (i.e. cannot read and fill out the consent form and questionnaire).
