Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Participation in one of the two preliminary studies - consent to participate in study (informed consent) - internet access - sufficient command of the German language - willingness to participate in one anonymous online survey, which takes approx. 25-30 minutes

Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9): Self-rating questionnaire measuring depressive symptoms over the past week. Fagerström Test for Nicotine Dependency (FTND): Self-rating questionnaire measuring the severity of addiction. Cigarette Dependence Scale (CDS): Self-rating-questionnaire assessing nicotine dependency according to DSM-IV and ICD-10 criteria (only smokers). Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) measuring craving: Visual Analogue Scale assessing the craving for high-calorie food over the last week (only obesity). Three-Factor Eating Questionnaire (TFEQ): Questionnaire assessing three components of eating behaviour on three subscales (cognitive restraint of eating, disinhibition, hunger), registration of the body weight (only obesity). Quality of life (WHO-QOL-BREF): Global value of the self-assessment questionnaire, which measures the quality of life in the last two weeks. Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7): Self-rating questionnaire to measure the general anxiety level over the last two weeks.
