Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age > 18 Years - diagnosed HIV-Infection - Signed inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute heart failure or cardiovascular event within the last 3 weeks before inclusion -Pregnancy - new AIDS-defining illness within the last 3 weeks before inclusion
