Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Participation in the MBOR-C measure - Existing consent form - Age at least 18 (-65) years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Lack of knowledge of German - Lack of cognitive and physical skills to participate in studies - Consuming progressive disease (neo-plastic, inflammatory) - Orientation disorders / psychiatric disorders - Acute need for treatment (infection, radicular syndrome, etc.) - Ongoing pension proceedings or legal proceedings

| Prospective observational study with the aim of recording or developing individual experiences, learning content and the satisfaction of the actors involved with the current MBOR-C process and possible recommendations for action to improve it. Quantitatively, the professional and health situation and quality of life are asked (e.g. with SF 12 (Bullinger & Kirchberger. 1998), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (Herrmann et al., 1995 (HADS)), Subjective forecast of employment (Mittag et al., 2003 (SPE)). In the qualitative interviews, these results are taken up and discussed in depth and asked about the experiences, possibilities for improvement and the final satisfaction and benefits. | — |
