Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Rehabilitants with chronic non-specific back pain (ICD M.50-54), Signed declaration of consent, Age: 18 - 67 years, Cognitively able to participate in the study, Sufficient understanding of the German language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Operations on the spine ICD M51 (lumbar and other disc damage, M40-M43,M45-M49 (spondylosis) increased tendency to fall severe neuromuscular dysfunctions lack of physical or mental fitness

Primary

| The primary target variable is pain intensity, which is measured by the numerical rating scale (NRS). This is measured at the beginning, at the end and 3 months after the end of rehabilitation. The development within and between the intervention group and the control group is examined. | — |
Secondary

| The secondary aims are the experienced back pain in everyday life (RMDQ), the health-related quality of life and subjective health (EQ5D-5L) as well as the subjective work performance (WAI) and the employment status. Additionally, gait variability and muscle activity are important outcome parameters. The secondary target parameters are also collected at the beginning, at the end and 3 months after completion of rehabilitation. | — |
