Group 1: Extracorporal shock wave therapy on target tissue (M. psoas major) by application on 6 different points in region of iliac crest for one weekly treatment in one month.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chronic pelvic pain Chronic bladder pain Chronic urethral pain Vulvodynia Symptoms for at least 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: planned pregnancy/pregnancy infectious diseases psychiatric diseases (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, borderline disease) osteopathic treatment parallel to the shock wave therapy coagulopathy Anticoagulant treatment A history of deep vein thrombosis

| The primary outcome is the average pain intensity measured by the German pain questionnaire (NAS 0-10) and the questionnaire for visceral and urogenital pain in women of the German pain society before and 8 weeks after treatment. Analyzing the longitudinal pain development we collect according data for a follow-up of 4 and 8 weeks. | — |
