Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patient = 18 years 2. Metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) 3. BRAFV600E mutation confirmed by valid test method 4. Initiated at least 2nd-line systemic treatment as per local treatment standard 5. Start of 1st-line treatment after 01-Jan-2016 6. Documentation of treatment with drugs registered for mCRC in the respective country at the time of treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BRAF test after initiation of 2nd-line treatment 2. Other secondary stage III-IV tumor diseases or concomitant systemic treatment of any secondary tumor disease 3. Pregnant or lactating patient during the documented treatment lines 4. Participation in a clinical trial during the documented treatment lines
