Group 1: Patients are asked six weeks after (t1) the surgical reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and six months postoperatively (t2) as well as twelve months postoperatively (t3) w

assesses possible limitations of patients with knee injuries). In addition, functional diagnostics, i.e. biomechanical tests are performed with the patient at t2.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of the study is to investigate the connection between patient-specific factors in the context of rehabilitation after sports injuries of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and their importance for the subjective (patient-reported) and objective (functional diagnostics) assessment of treatment success. The primary endpoint of the study is the remission of ACL patients depending on the rehabilitation phase at the time of 6 months postoperatively, for which the following goals are defined according to the ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health): Function Pain-free stretching shortening cycle and Activity jogging outdoor. At the end of the rehabilitation phase 6 weeks postoperatively, the following evaluation and progression criteria are ascertained in a visit with physiotherapy, biomechanics and a doctor: Quadriceps index (isokinetics; collected with Cybex isokinetic machine®. Isokinetics protocol: concentric-concentric, 60 ° / sec) Level 1 test: balance squat, Y-balance test Level 2 test: Balance Front Hop, Front Hop Test Level 3 test: balance side hop, side hop test

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As further target criteria of the study, the self-reported changes of the patients are determined on the dimensions of symptoms, sport and everyday activities as well as physical function. These measurable outcome variables are collected with the IKDC at t1 and t2 as well as t3.
