| The primary goal of this study is to improve and measure the quality of care for psoriasis patients through closer networking of the treating doctors - here in particular rheumatologists and dermatologists. For this, in this project 1.) the actual state of the quality of care and the diagnosis of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis patients will determined using data from the the first visit 1 in week 0. 2.) a stable communication and interaction structure between rheumatologists and dermatologists will be established bevor inclusion of the first patient. 3.) After building this structure, the quality of care of psoriasis and psoriasis arthritis patients and their satisfaction with their care will be evaluated after the 3rd visit in week 24. | — |
