Group 1: Severity of Fuchs' dystrophy will be assessed prior to endothelial corneal transplantation. Disease severity will be compared to the endothelial function of the histological specimen removed

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Fuchs' dystrophy, indication for corneal transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Corneal disease other than Fuchs' dystrophy
