Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Fuchs dystrophy; controls with healthy corneas

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other corneal diseases, vision-limiting diseases other than cataract and Fuchs' dystrophy, systemic and topical medication potentially affecting the cornea
