Group 1: 5 days of 8 hours daily visual media consumption Group 2: 5 days without any visual media consumption

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No experience with 10-finger-system-writing on the pc. No pre-existing medical conditions regarding cognitive deficits or psychiatric pre-existing illness under medication. German as native language. No professional musician or athlete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment.

Measure	Time frame
Improvement/deterioration/stagnation of the ability for motor learning (represented by writing with the 10-Finger-System at the PC keyboard via the software Tipp10 under daily training).	—

Measure	Time frame
Changes in fMRT of the human brain (fMRI before and after intervention). Changes of the somatosensoric perception (MDT&GOT before and after intervention). Changes of the visual attention (TVA before and after intervention).	—
