Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is the job satisfaction. It is assumed that the Creative Strengthening Groups improve job satisfaction. This change is analysed between the intervention and control group and in a before-and-after comparison. The two groups are interviewed at three times (t0 at the beginning, t1 after three months, t2 after six months). The questionnaire contains scales from the COPSOQ (Copenhagen Burnout Inventory, COPSOQ-Scales Nübling & Hasselhorn 2010).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As secondary outcomes for the summative evaluation, possible effects of the intervention on - Change in the perception of specific work-related stress or strain (Emotional demands, Copenhagen Burnout Inventory, COPSOQ-Scales Nübling & Hasselhorn 2010) - Change in general health status (COPSOQ scales Nübling & Hassel-horn 2010) - Change in subjective work ability, (WorkAbility Index Ebener 2011) are examined.
