Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Single mothers with clinically relevant overall psychological stress, verified on admission to T1 (aggregated clinical stress index GSI of SCL-90-S, age-group standardized T-value >= 60) accompanying children between 3 and 10 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: evere somatic diseases (such as cancer, severe metabolic diseases, autoimmune diseases, chronic diseases) Psychiatric disorders (such as severe personality disorders with impulsive self-injury, severe addictions, psychoses, eating disorders, PTSD) Insufficient German language skills.
