Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of the University Hospital of Geriatrics and the Centre for Geriatric Traumatology, Cognitive impairment (dementia and/or delirium)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients of other units, who are treated on other wards; patients <65 years of age; patients without cognitive impairment; Patients with cognitive impairments who refuse to participate in the study after having been asked twice; Patients with cognitive disabilities whose legal guardian or health care proxy refuses to participate in the study
