Interventions

Group 1: Patients with "inner agitation" are investigated before, during, after and in the follow-up. The training consists of a combination of 8 biofeedback training sessions and 3 behavioral therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experience of "inner restlessness" operationalised via response behaviour in the STAI cumulative score >50

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: F2 disease, acute psychotic disorder, existing mental retardation, comprehension difficulties
