Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Probands: At least 18 years old. no known lung desease Patients: At least 6 years old. Known lung desease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • General exclusion criteria for MRI scan (pacemaker, insulin pump, valvular transplants, other metallic foreign matter in the body, etc.) • pregnancy • Concerning contrast media: profound renal failure (GFR< 30 ml/min), age < 18 years • according to the doctor in charge all patients which are unlikely to meet the requirements of the study.

Definition and Validation of a MRI-protocol, that's suitable for evaluating lung structure and ventilation. Validation of the protocol to be suitable for clinical routine and long term surveillance.
