Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Do forest trips lead to a reduction in stress and an improvement in mood and well-being compared to field trips in highly sensitive persons (determined by the SV12 questionnaire), as measured by the standardised questionnaire CSP-14?

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
a. Do forest trips lead to a reduction in stress and an improvement in mood and well-being, as measured by the standardized questionnaire Profile Of Mood States (POMS)? b. Do forest trips and field trips have different influences on cortisol in saliva? c. How do the experiences of the subjects in the forest and in the field differ qualitatively?
