Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants with congenital heart disease, sheduled for cardiac surgery. Anaesthesia induced with etomidate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: >12 months old; infants on inotropic or vasoactive drugs, absent written consent of parents
