Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age: = 18 years 2. Regular hemodialysis treatment for chronic renal failure 3. written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy 2. speech or voice disorders that impair voice analysis (e.g. residuals after stroke, laryngeal cancer or similar, stuttering). 3. inability or unwillingness to take daily vital signs (e.g. dementia, blindness, deafness, wheelchair use, insufficient German language skills, limited informal self-determination)
