Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nursing homes that offer long-term care of seven days, 24 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Nursing homes focusing on people with intellectual disabilities and mental illness - Nursing homes where Palliative Care training has taken place in the past 12 months
