Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: type 2 diabetes mellitus without insulin treatment, no other severe chronic diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe cardiovascular diseases, COPD, infections, cancer

Area under the curve (glucose values) post exercise

Glucose values at different time points post exercise (immediately post exercise, during recovery e.g., 1,2,3 hours post exericse)
