Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: first term students starts studying occupational therapy, speech therapy, radiology technology, biomedical analysis or health and nursing at Carinthian University of Applied Sciences (CUAS). Age minimum: 18 years Age maximum: no maximum age Gender: Both, male and female The project is also suitable and feasible for students with physical disabilities.

Exclusion criteria: students of different, course of studies, semesters or universities
