Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of the study is to determine the influence of local compression on the recovery ability of the finger flexors in recreational climbers. Based on the results of the study, conclusions can be drawn about practical aspects in climbing, especially in competitive sports. The results can show the effect of forearm compression as a method to increase climbing performance through faster and more effective recovery in the new Olympic competition format "Olympic Combined".
