Interventions

Group 1: In the Havelhöhe Community Hospital 500 to 700 patients annually receive complex anthroposophic medical treatment during their inpatient stay. A comprehensive therapy concept is applied here,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons of any gender from the age of 18 who have received complex anthroposophic medical treatment as part of their inpatient stay in the Havelhöhe Community Hospital. Ability to give consent and signed declaration of consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of understanding of the German language. Severe acute and chronic illnesses that make it impossible to participate or complete the questionnaire.

Measure	Time frame
One-time survey of all patients who have completed an anthroposophic medical complex treatment (additional reimbursement ZE26, wit at least 25 units). Patients receive a newly developed questionnaire that takes into account and surveys patient satisfaction and patient-reported effectiveness of the general therapy setting and interaction with therapists during the complex treatment.	—

Secondary endpoints are general attitude and assessment of multimodal therapy, therapy process and setting, social interaction, problem awareness, perceived control, social support, attitude toward anthroposophic therapy, trait autonomous regulation. The following endpoints are considered for each individual therapeutic element: Self-reported satisfaction and effectiveness, attitude and assessment of the therapy element, satisfaction with the therapy setting, movement and inner congruence with eurythmy therapy, inner congruence and harmony with art therapies. The following validated questionnaires are used in the study: Trait Autonomous Regulation (Trait aR) by Kröz et al. (2008); Movement and Internal Congruence (ICPH) by Büssing et al. (2011); Internal Congruence and Consistency with Therapy (ICPTh) by Kröz et al. (2019). In addition, the study uses a not yet validated questionnaire on "Inner Congruence and Consistency with Therapy, Module Plasticising Therapy" (ICPMTh) by Kröz et al.	—
