Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| As a surrogate marker for the improvement of fat oxidation in the endurance performance, the 1-hour time course (1h-TT) is determined. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The velocity at the aerobic threshold (VLT), individual anaerobic threshold (VIAT) as well as the change in fat mass (FM) are defined as the secondary output. | — |
