Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female sex; age: 18-60 years; signature of informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: manifest mental illness (ICD-10 diagnosis); use of psychotropic drugs; allergies concerning animals; fear of animals; physical restrictions that prevent a one-hour walk
