Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are included that suffer from psychotic symptoms, who have at least three periods of this illness, who stopped working at least one month ago and who are treated on one of the wards S1, S4 or C.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The diagnosis of reduced intelligence according to ICD-10 F7x.x (IQ<70), lack of enough knowledge of German language, a bodily state that does not allow for participation and acute endangerment of oneself or others are exclusion criteria.

MeasureTime frame
The intervention has an effect on the level of activity; persons in the intervention-group are more active in comparison with the time-period prior to the intervention and in comparison to patients in the control group.
