Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients have to be diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis(McDonald 2018), Minimum age: 18 years old, ability to sit without support, legs apart, at least 30 minutes, no orthopedic limitation – especially joint limitation which can limit the range of arm motion, ability to transfer without support onto the „Big Bom“ , between 15 and 24 points in the Performance oriented mobility assessment (POMA). The Expanded disability status scale (EDSS) should be between 4.0 and 6.5 points. Signed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cortisone infusion/administration or exacerbation of the disease in the last/ of the past 30 days, new immunosuppressing medication, which may have side effects, during the last 3 months. Total hip arthroplasty (THA) in the last year. Attention deficits or cognitive limitation - a 30 minutes session is required. Acoustic deficits or visual impairments, which can interfere with the intervention. Hemiplegic or paraplegic patients. Limitation of shoulder range of motion, which can interfere with the Intervention. Urinary catheter, which may bother the sitting position. Patients who already take part in music or art therapy sessions (regarding for example mental stability)

First Outcome is Dynamic Gait Index (DGI).

Second outcome is the Two Minute Walk Test (2MWT), the 10 Metre Walk Test, Performance oriented mobility assessment (POMA), Berg Balance Scale, questionnaire about quality of life (MSIS-29), questionnaire about body awareness (to cover the intensity of awareness of vibration and therefore long-term effects of the music therapy intervention)
