| The objective is to prove that the obstetric "Walking Epidural" is not associated with an impairment of gait and posture of the parturient. To this end, postural stability will be assessed using mobile force platform posturography. Force plates measure ground reaction forces and determine the displacement from the center of pressure (COP), representative of the test subject's body movements while standing still to keep the center of gravity over the base of support. | — |
