Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients eligible for consent from the age of 18 Patient consent ASA classification I-III, without neurological deficits in terms of vigilant and language comprehension
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Rejection by the patient Previous operations on the stomach and distal esophagus pregnancy Dissecting premedication Dissecting premedication patients unable to give consent and cared for
